Since I've been missing several w/o sessions, today i squeezed in two series of exercise.

Afternoon workout:
Snatch - broomstick, 30 reps (want to master the technique really well)
Squat, 100 reps

Evening workout:

5 rounds of:
Run 1 km
25 Pushups
25 Situps
10 Pull Ups
(51:29) - Really hard
